9.Winter Trek Dayara Bugyal
This is a trek I enjoy because it is both a relaxing climb and one that rewards you with spectacular views. On such a short hike, you wouldn’t expect such spectacular views and experiences! It’s even more beautiful (if that’s possible) in the winter when the meadows are blanketed in shimmering white snow.
Protip This trek is especially suitable for families and beginners in the winter due to the ease of the climb. But if you’re a seasoned hiker, don’t let that deter you; you can do this trek ten times and never get tired of it. I’d also suggest it to people who have seen it before in another season. In the winter, the hike is quite different.
10. Phalut – Sandakphu
If you want to immerse yourself in the culture, this is the trek for you. You get a glimpse into the Nepalese trekking culture. It’s a trek along the Indian-Nepal border that constantly weaves in and out of the two countries.
Protip Few trekkers are aware that on this trek, you will spend some time in tea houses and will also participate in the Indiahikes camping experience for two days. Although you will encounter snow on this trek, it will be less than on our Uttarakhand or Himachal treks.
Experience a dreamy adventure in the Himalayas, which attracts a wide range of trekkers and thrill-seekers for long and short winter treks.
