What is the Indian Air Force?

Indian Air Force which we also know as Indian Air Force and in this short IAF is also called. Indian Airforce Group X

To join the Indian Air Force under Group X, a candidate must have passed class 12th. In class 12th he must have science subjects, such as physics and maths, you must have at least 50% marks in class 12th. The age of the candidate should be between 12 to 21 years to join Group X. If you want to apply after passing B.ed then your age should be between 20 to 25 years and if any student who have passed master degree and b.ed and apply for Indian Airforce Group X If desired, his age should be between 20 to 28 years.

 

Indian Airforce Group Y

To join Indian Air Force Group Y, candidates must have a 12th class pass certificate and must have at least 50% marks in class 12th. It is not necessary that he has taken science or commerce or arts in class 12th. To apply for Group Y in the Indian Air Force, the student’s age should be between 17 to 21 years. If the student wants to apply for the Musician trade, then his age must be between 17 to 25 years, to join the Indian Air Force, the candidates have to pass through some physical tests.

Written Test:

Physical Fitness Test

It consists of a 1.6 km run to be completed within 1.6 minutes and 30 seconds, candidates will also have to complete 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups and 20 squats within the stipulated time to qualify in the physical fitness test.

 

Medical

The medical examination will be conducted by the Air Force Medical Team as per the IAF Medical Standards and Policy on the subject.
